Lune noir met for the first time in Meph’s basement in the summer of 2007. Boof, an experienced elecro house DJ and manager of many successful artists. Meph, an up-and-coming rookie breakbeat DJ and technology mogul. From the very beginning, they saw massive potential in blending the sounds of electro house and breakbeats. As time went on they continued to explore the music as well as electronic visual elements.

While both Boof and I have other things going on, we decided our work is never over with Lune Noir. We will have a couple of shows coming up in December. One of them is going to be at The Old Miami on Saturday, December 4th. We will be joined by the band Stereoluxxx from Flint, Michigan. It is my birthday, and you will have the chance to get a free cheddar biscuit from Red Lobster, courtesy of DJ Meph.

Unfortunately, Lune Noir is going on indefinite Hiatus. Thank you for all the support and the good times we have shared with lovers of music and fun. Be sure to follow Meph as he continues his solo career. Also be sure to look out for Boof’s side project, Cry Wolf.
This is not the end, by any means. It is, in fact, only the beginning.
Deerblood festival

This weekend we will be performing at the Deer Blood House in Kalamazoo. We don’t know what this means or if we’ll make it back alive, but Kalamazoo might want to prepare for the ruckus we bring. But first, we must stop at Waldos to quench our thirst.
